Mr Jon Schmidt of Roy Briley's went above and beyond his duties in helping me when i lost my apartment keys 5 in the morning on a weekend. I called the emergency pre-recorded number but one of the "emergencies" listed in the recorded message wasnt about lost key issues. I immediately hanged up without selecting any of the available options. I honestly didnt know what to do or who to call at that time of the day. Within a few minutes I got a call from the same pre-recorded emergency number and it was Jon asking me if i called that number. It really was a pleasant surprise to hear someone, anyone who would call me at that time and ask me about my situation. Needless to say, Jon reassured me that he will be there in a 10 to 15 minutes to unlock my apartment. I already had an extra key inside so i didnt need any replacement. He showed up (cool bike) in the 15 minutes he promised and unlocked my apartment. I cannot speak highly enough of the gratitude one feels when he is literally stranded infront of his apartment after already being stressed out. He is friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for him, he really goes out of his way to help. So, a big Thank You Jon, truly from the bottom of my heart. A great family run company where customer service is right at the top of the list. I would definitely recommend this company and its great staff.
First, I would like to kindly acknowledge Daryn Swisher for his sincere and caring attitude as he was attending for my personal concerns and needs. I am currently transitioning and relocating from Los Angeles which of course is a challenge, however Daryn made sure that I was being properly cared for. One thing I admire about Daryn, is his desire to help people from different backgrounds and helping them find what is BEST suitable for their needs. Thank you Daryn, for all of your help. You have made this Alaska experience of mine, very eventful.
I would like to thank you for the quality work performances of your staff. I have had several household repairs performed recently. Your staff, in this case Steve, worked with care and respect and did an outstanding job to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs.
I have owned my unit for about 20 years and your crews have by far been the best of any. The lawns look great in the summer and the parking and walking areas are kept as clean as possible.
I hope that you see fit to pass on this message to your crews and those of the summer and winter outdoor maintenance contractors. They certainly are working hard to make it a better place.

You guys provide excellent service. I made a note to send a kudos in a while back regarding one of your employees. I was in line at a coffee shop with my boss and the truck in front of us waved us up (we were standing in line instead of in a vehicle) and said "You don't have to stand back there in my exhaust - let me buy you guys your coffee!" Of course we declined but he insisted. As we were waiting for our coffee we chatted with him and I noticed he had a Roy Briley shirt on. He confirmed that he works for you guys and knows Woodlands East. My boss was impressed - he said "That's good business right there!" Unfortunately I lost the note I had with the employees name on it but it did make a big impact on me. It was greatly appreciated.
Roy Briley's Property Management company is has well qualified and licensed Realtor's. This building has three stories. His employees' are very personal and helpful with getting things done. As you first walk in, there's a wonderful receptionist sitting at her desk . She greets everyone with a smile and helps you find where you are needing to go. There are five departments. The Condominium Associations side where there are more awesome helpful employees. Jason the Manager of this side helps his employees if need be. There are always two employees sitting at there desks and ready to help on a moments notice. This makes my life easy to get what I need done. Next is the Rental Department. The rental department is very friendly and helpful and helps you through every step if you decide to rent instead of just living in a condo or a Townhouse. There are more than enough help to get what you are trying to accomplished at Roy Briley's Property Management. They even have an insurance company within the building! Therefore, if you decide to change or update your Allstate Insurance you can within the same building to accomplish more tasks in one place. Next is the Brokers of Alaska Realtor's. In this department you could also decide to purchase a house. Yet again, there are more amazing employees in the Brokers department who are more than willing to help you go through the process of purchasing a house. This department is located on the third floor.
This company is awesome they do what I need when I need it. I feel safe, as if I am at home when the property manager is checking in frequently. If you need your condo association managed this company is it.
